Welcome to Orddu. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orddu mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account and using the Service, you confirm that:

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the relevant app store.

Billing, payment processing, cancellations and certain refund requests are governed by Apple's or Google's applicable terms and policies.

Orddu does not store your payment card information.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer free trials, discounts or promotional subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time;

• only one promotion may be used per eligible user;

• additional eligibility conditions may apply.

8. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform from which you purchased it.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or approved by the relevant app store.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

• upload malicious software or harmful code;

• attempt to reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law;

• use automated systems to scrape or extract data;
