Can I automatically sync my energy usage readings to the app?

Unfortunately not yet, we are working hard to find a solution to do this. However, as it stands, energy providers do not provide API's to the public to use. We will keep our users updated if this changes.

Can I limit features for family members if I am on the family plan?

Yes! We know that some of our features contain sensitve information such as insurance, warranty documents and mortgage information. You can head in the settings and limit access per account.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, if you are enrolled on our monthly subscription then you can cancel at any point, and you will not be charged the following month.

Where do you get your property information from?

We have partnered with a reputable third party that provides information to insurers, lenders and real estate providers. They use a sophisticated Automation Valuation Model (AVM), which analyses factors like location, size, property condition, and current market trends.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we sure do! We recommend everyone giving our 14 day trial a go before subscribing to our monthly or yearly plans. You will have access to all our features with no commitments. Alternatively you can get limited access without adding any payment information. You will be limited to one account, Family Flow and the community forum.
