How to Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Orddu account at any time by going to Settings → Scroll to the bottom of the page → Delete Account within the app.

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your account and associated personal data, including:

• Your profile information

• Home information

• Maintenance schedules

• Projects

• Budget goals

• Energy records

• Mortgage tracking data

• Documents, photos and receipts stored in Vaults

• Insurance and warranty information

Your account will be deactivated immediately, and your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may retain limited information where required by law, such as records relating to purchases, subscriptions or financial transactions, or where necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
